Kyli Tripoli, Esq.
Associate Attorney
“I became an attorney because I wanted to help people through some of the most important and challenging moments of their lives. Whether a client is navigating a family matter, administering the estate of a loved one, seeking a guardianship for a family member, or purchasing a new home, I understand that these legal matters are often accompanied by stress, uncertainty, and difficult decisions. My goal is to make the legal process as clear, manageable, and straightforward as possible while providing strong, effective representation every step of the way.
I represent clients in family law, estate administration, including probate and intestacy proceedings, guardianships, and residential real estate transactions. I enjoy working closely with clients to find practical solutions and ensure they feel informed and supported throughout their case. I believe that attention to detail, open communication, and thorough preparation are essential to achieving the best possible outcome.
I earned my Juris Doctor from the University at Buffalo School of Law, where I participated in the Law School’s Pro Bono Clinic, providing legal assistance to individuals who needed guidance and advocacy. That experience reinforced my passion for helping others and continues to shape the way I practice law today.
What I enjoy most about my work is building relationships with my clients. Every family and every case is different, and I take the time to understand each client’s goals, answer their questions, and provide advice they can trust. Whether I am helping someone through a difficult family transition, guiding a family through the probate process after the loss of a loved one, or helping a family with the establishment of a guardianship, I am committed to providing compassionate counsel and dependable legal representation.
I represent clients throughout Western and Central New York, including Buffalo, Rochester, and the surrounding communities.”
