Michael Robinson

Before joining Clark Peshkin, Michael Robinson managed his own successful Estate Planning practice since its founding in 1986. His personal approach to Estate Planning considers each client’s unique needs and circumstances.

In addition to practicing law, he has maintained an impressive schedule of activities in civic, legal and professional organizations. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, and is a charter member of the American Academy of Estate Planning Attorneys, where he has served on the Board of Governors for seven years. Mike also is a member of the Monroe County Bar Association and the Estate Planning Council of Rochester. Michael continues to mentor attorneys throughout the United States in the areas of practice management, estate planning, and elder law. Mike regularly conducts workshops on estate planning topics. Mike has also been a guest speaker on the subject of estate planning before a variety of professional organizations and shares his estate planning knowledge as co-host of Seniors Rock Radio heard Saturdays at noon on WHAM 1180.

Michael Robinson obtained his Juris Doctor in 1985 from the Vermont Law School, where he was selected for the Law Review and taught legal research and writing courses to first-year students. He obtained his undergraduate degree in English from Hamilton College, where he translated Beowulf and Anglo-Saxon elegiac poems as an independent study project.
