Cindy Carroll

Family is important to all of us, and for more than twenty-five years I have taken pride in providing sound legal advice and effective advocacy to clients who are going through personal changes and conflicts. I have a reputation as a strong and knowledgeable advocate for my clients and as a practical problem solver. I consider legal representation to be a partnership between attorney and client, and my approach focuses on listening, gathering information, explaining the law, generating attainable options, then working with clients toward their informed goals.

I received my Juris Doctor, with honors and Order of the Coif, from the University of Washington School of Law. I have taught as an adjunct professor at Syracuse University College of Law, I have been a presenter at more than two dozen continuing education programs for lawyers, and I previously served as the Dean of the Monroe County Bar Association’s Academy of Law and on the executive committee of the Greater Rochester Association for Women Attorneys.
